Religious Exemptions
Religious exemptions are documents which declare your personally held beliefs, which are protected by law and the US Constitution. The declaration can be given to your employer, school, or other agency who may be requiring certain medical procedures that your beliefs don’t align with.
The following Religious Exemption is a 2-part exemption. It includes a letter from a Christian Pastor enforcing your right to follow your faith. The second part, are instructions on how to write your own Declaration of faith.
